How to install your WhatsApp widget

    Customise your widget

    Use the panel above to set the brand colour, position, greeting message, and the WhatsApp number you want chats routed to.

Where does the chat go when someone clicks the widget?â–¾

The widget opens WhatsApp (web or app, depending on the visitor's device) and starts a conversation with the WhatsApp number you configured. The visitor's first message is the greeting text you set.

Can I install the widget on WordPress, Shopify, or any other CMS?â–¾

Yes. The widget is a one-line <script> tag that works on any HTML-based site. WordPress (header.php or via a header-injection plugin), Shopify (theme.liquid), Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and plain HTML are all supported.

Will it slow down my website?â–¾

No. The widget script loads asynchronously (the <script async> attribute), so it never blocks your page render. Total transfer is under 5KB.
