Invite team members to your Walytic workspace
Add teammates to your workspace with admin or member roles in two minutes.
Step 1: Open Team settings
Sidebar → Settings → Team tab.
Step 2: Invite a teammate
Click Invite Member. Type their email address and pick a role:
- Admin: full access to billing, integrations, all sessions, and team management.
- Member: can manage flows, campaigns, contacts, and Unibox conversations. Cannot see billing, change plan, or remove other members.
Click Send Invite. The teammate receives an email with a one-click join link.
Step 3: Manage roles later
Anyone with admin role can change member roles, remove members, or revoke pending invites from the Team tab. The original workspace owner cannot be removed.
What teammates see
When they accept, they land in the same workspace and see the same connected WhatsApp numbers, flows, and Unibox. No additional setup required.
Common questions
Do team members count toward my plan's user quota?
Yes. Each plan includes a maximum number of team seats. Upgrade to add more.
Can a member access only specific WhatsApp numbers?
Not currently. Members see all numbers in the workspace. If you need per-number access control, run separate workspaces (one per brand or client).
